I go here periodically for turkey tips. Good food and good service. This location is my favorite for their level of service compared to the Halsey location.
My first time here, I got a large rib tip dinner To me it was good... the tips was tender but they kinda of slow... the employees are very friendly and have good customer service.. I would recommend this spot....
I've been going here for years I mainly order the turkey tips and fries with extra mild sauce and I'm never disappointed
This spot NEVER disappoints!!! I now live in NYC since 1995 but every time I come home to Chicago I MUST come here to get food and have been doing so since it was I-57. We arrived to a crowd of people who were waiting for food they had already ordered; which actually worked out in our favor because we were the only customers that needed to make an order. The friendly lady at the window told us she would take our order as soon as she was sure there was enough food to fill the orders already made; my heart sank! Great service though the greeting could have been sooner. She hooked us up though! But once we ordered and I told her I had to have this food because in NYC the bbq ain't it. I said what I said. Yeah, I make do with 2 spots (who shall remain nameless) I may go to once a year each to get my fix but they ain't Pit Stop. The food was AMAZING!!! We got a combo of rib tips and hot links and when I tell you the heat of the hot links was so perfectly paired with the seasonings. I like heat and the links did not disappoint. The link was so good I had it as a breakfast sausage the next day. The tips were tender, meaty and saucy. Hell, I don't even mess with white bread but I indulged just because. The spot is designed for carry out vibe only and that's probably a smart move considering the size and purpose.
